Welcome to Grove Vault. The terms 'Grove Vault,' 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' refer to Grove Vault, operated by Mystic Urban LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of getgrovevault.com, our products, and related services (the 'Services'). Our online store is powered by Shopify.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Information
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for protecting any account credentials associated with your use of the Services.
2. Products and Product Information
We try to display product descriptions, colors, sizing information, photographs, and other details as accurately as possible. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and other factors can cause minor differences in appearance.
Compression and shaping results vary by body type, size selection, garment fit, clothing worn over the product, and individual use. Grove Vault does not guarantee a specific visual result for every customer.
3. Product Use and Health Disclaimer
Grove Vault compression garments are apparel products intended to temporarily smooth and shape the appearance of the torso while worn. They do not remove body fat, cause permanent weight loss, diagnose or treat any medical condition, or replace medical care.
Choose the correct size and discontinue use if the garment causes pain, numbness, difficulty breathing, unusual swelling, skin injury, or other significant discomfort. If you have a medical condition, have recently undergone surgery, or are unsure whether compression clothing is suitable for you, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of inventory errors, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, geographic restrictions, or other operational reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
5. Prices, Promotions, and Payment
Prices, discounts, bundle offers, free-item promotions, and other promotions may change without notice. The amount charged will be the amount shown at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors. Taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout.
Promotions may have additional terms. We may limit promotions by product, customer, order, date, or geographic region. Promotions cannot be combined unless we expressly state otherwise.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, including the Grove Vault name, logos, designs, product names, photographs, graphics, videos, text, layout, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Grove Vault and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
9. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
If you submit a review, photo, video, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law. You grant Grove Vault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law.
We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may include third-party tools, payment services, apps, integrations, or links. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
11. Relationship with Shopify
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables Grove Vault to offer the Services. Purchases from Grove Vault are transactions between you and Grove Vault, not between you and Shopify. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for products sold by Grove Vault or for claims arising from those products.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services:
For unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious purposes.
To infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
To transmit malware, spam, phishing material, or harmful code.
To scrape, crawl, copy, or extract content or data in a manner that violates law or our rights.
To interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Services.
To impersonate another person or provide false or misleading information.
13. Errors and Availability
Product information, pricing, availability, promotions, shipping estimates, and other content may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for any express guarantees stated by Grove Vault or rights that cannot legally be excluded, the Services and products are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grove Vault, Mystic Urban LLC, and their officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Grove Vault, Mystic Urban LLC, and their affiliates, personnel, and service providers harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Mystic Urban LLC in the jurisdiction where it is established, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
